In early 2016, I came across a series of filmmaking tutorials on YouTube by Le Tan Jim. Impressed and inspired, I reached out to him for the opportunity to learn. I was later accepted as his assistant, which allowed me to gain hands-on experience and absorb essential knowledge— from camera operation and lighting to editing techniques. That was the moment my filmmaking journey truly began.

During my time at T Production, I worked as a video editor on two major TV shows: Gala Nhạc Việt and Câu Chuyện Âm Nhạc. These projects involved multi-camera editing with up to 12 camera angles, requiring precise synchronization and attention to detail. Although my tenure was brief, it provided me with valuable experience in TV program production and enhanced my skills in collaborative post-production workflows.

I helped build the editing workflow from the ground up, making the work faster and smoother between post-production and production. I edited and finished over 600 sitcom episodes for HTV7 and VTV9, such as Như Các Thành Xa Nhà, Cà Phê Ngã Tám, and Có Yêu Nói Đi Ngại Gì.

Based on my substantial experience in film editing from my previous employment, I currently serve as the Head of Post-production here. I worked on the 'Học Đường Nổi Loạn' series, which has accumulated over 50 million views on YouTube.

At Le Nom Agency, I managed post-production for commercials for brands such as Close-up, An Phước, and Piaggio. I also worked on hospitality and lifestyle videos for high-end clients including InterContinental, Maia Quy Nhon, Pullman, and major golf resorts across Vietnam. During this time, I began learning professional color grading with DaVinci Resolve and applied it across multiple projects to enhance visual quality.

As a content creator, I managed editing and production of crypto and blockchain content for Hidden Gem Team and Kiwi GameFi on YouTube and TikTok, directed and produced advertisement videos, and photographed company events.

Led company operations and oversaw the production of a wide range of projects, from talk shows and documentaries to films and food photography. Worked in partnership with notable clients like Van Lang University, Tethers, and Sheraton.

Worked as a Full-Stack Content Creator at TK Ventures, a leading Web3 media publisher in Southeast Asia. Responsible for scripting, filming, and presenting crypto-related content for the 5 Phút Crypto channel. Achieved significant reach with multiple videos surpassing 1 million views, and 2 out of 5 videos trending on YouTube.

At Zeal Capital Market, I led the media team with task delegation, workflow supervision, and maintaining high standards across all media outputs. I also worked directly as a video editor and managed the company’s media equipment. Under my leadership, the team produced multiple videos that trended on TikTok and earned thousands of views on YouTube — helping elevate the brand’s digital presence with content that connected and performed.
